Thats Ban All Ids Which Are Not Member In Your Room

Note : If You Enter 10 ids admin, will This Tool Will
Never Ever Let Any Flood-Id To Left The Room Without Getting Ban From this tool

Its Not Good If You Open this tool twice time in one room
